EBRHA Political Action Committee

Political focus, strategic lobbying efforts, and candidate campaign activities are driven by the EBRHA Political Action Committee (EBRHA-PAC). EBRHA-PAC is a nonprofit and nonpartisan committee with the purpose of supporting or defeating ballot measures and candidates that have an impact on the rental housing industry.

EBRHA-PAC supports candidates for local office, California State legislation, as well as ballot initiatives. It accepts many levels of financial contribution, and your support is critical to help EBRHA engage campaigns, ads, and other political activities. The objectives are to decipher the changing housing landscape, protect your property
rights, and safeguard against threats to your rental business.
